Don’t worry, the SAFE app will coordinate your family’s evacuation! SAFE will facilitate ride sharing with nearby family members and neighbors to reduce congestion on crowded evacuation routes. It will automatically direct you and your relatives along optimal evacuation routes to the same shelter so you will be reunited!

 

Have a dependent child at school that you need to pick up but is against the flow of evacuation traffic?  

 

The SAFE app will automatically select a pre-approved relative or neighbor whose evacuation route takes them past the school to pick up your child and bring them to you at the shelter.  When your child is picked up you’ll receive a notification!  That’s SAFE!
